A 23-year-old woman was found dead at her parents’ house in the Pansiyagama area yesterday.
The Police said the woman was said to have been attacked with a sharp object, leading to her death.Â
Preliminary investigations reveal that the woman had moved to her parents’ residence months ago due to a personal dispute with her husband.
She was found dead at her parents’ house last morning, with the Police suspecting that the husband may have been involved in the murder.
The Pansiyagama Police is conducting investigations to apprehend the suspect wanted for the murder. (Islandnews)
