People say that crows have died in a large number of places in Nedumkulam area of Puttalam (7 ).
According to local residents, nearly 100 crows had died in several places in Nedumkulam area.
Crows could also be seen flying in the sky near the flocks of crows that died like this.

After reporting that the people have informed the Puttalam Veterinary Officer about this, the Puttalam Veterinary Officer Mr. Chandika Samarasinghe said that the samples of the dead crows have now been taken for examination by the Halawata Veterinary Investigation Unit and based on the reports received.
