Prime Minister meets Sri Lanka Netball Team before Asian Championship

Sri Lanka National Women’s Netball Team who are set to participate in the upcoming Asian Netball Championship met Prime Minister and Sports Minister Harini Amarasuriya yesterday (14th October).

After engaging in friendly discussion, Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya wished the team all the success for the tournament.

Dulangi Wannithilake will lead the team while Nalika Prasadi will work as the Head Coach of the team who will leave the island to take part in the tournament which will be held in India from 18th to 27th October.

The opening ceremony of the tournament will be held on the 17thth October at 3.00 PM in Bangalore, India.
