Sri Lanka registered another win, this time against India 81-31 at the 13th Asian Netball Championship 2024 at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium in Bangalore, India.
India scored the first goal and the scores were tied at 5-all at one time. However, Sri Lanka went on a 12-4 run to end the 1st quarter 17-9.
Sri Lanka, eager to stamp their authority, produced a superb 2nd quarter winning it 21-3 (39-12). The 3rd & 4th quarters were smooth sailing for islanders as they outscored India 21-9 & 21-10 respectively.

Sri Lanka had 92% shooting with 81 off 88 shots. Thishala Algama once again led the scoring, missing just one, 60 off 61 (98%) while Rashmi Perera had 11/14 (79%) & Hasitha Mendis scored 10/13 at 77% shooting.
