Sri Lanka 'A' tour of Pakistan

The second unofficial Test between Sri Lanka ‘A’ and Pakistan ‘A’ ended in a draw today (21St November) at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Sri Lanka ‘A’ resumed their second innings on Day 4 at 157 runs for 4 wickets and went on to add another 103 runs for the fifth wicket before declaring the innings.

Sonal Dinusha and Pavan Rathnayake struck brilliant centuries and the duo managed to build an unbeaten stand of 214 runs for the fifth wicket.

Dinusha scored 116 runs off 184 balls with 10 fours while Rathnayake hit 100 runs off 198 balls with 8 fours.

The hosts were set a target of 284 runs to win and they managed to post 156 runs for 3 wickets before the close of play on the final day.
