No matter what profession we do, no matter what certificate we get, being human is the most important thing in this society. Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Sunil Kumara Gamage emphasized this on 15th, along with the awarding of certificates held by the National Youth Service Council that we should create a youth with humane qualities with talent and competence.
Certificates were awarded to students who successfully completed NVQ 3, 4 and NVQ 5 courses at 10 Western Provincial Training Centers of the National Youth Service Council. Officers of the Youth Service Council including Director General/Chairman Advocate Chinthaka Hewapathirana also participated in this event.
