A newspaper advertisement by the Western Provincial High Court announces the seizure of properties, including bank accounts and other assets, of former minister of Health Keheliya Rambukwella.
Per the court advertisement, the Bribery Commission has deactivated 18 bank accounts and 05 life insurance accounts, while it has seized an apartment in Colombo 05 and a Mercedes-Benz car.Â
The bank accounts and assets belong to Keheliya Rambukwella and his immediate family members.Â
The Bribery Commission has seized the said properties effective from 23 December 2024 until 03 January 2025. (Islandnews)
