AC Milan, a well-known football club, has decided to bring its Milan Junior Camp project to Sri Lanka.
This project, which is to be started next year, will be implemented based on Colombo, Galle and Jaffna areas, and this will be the first time such a project will be implemented in this country.
This project, which is being implemented in association with the Colombo Athletic and Football Club, is to be held for children between the ages of 5 and 17 years, and it is reported that it is going to start on January 21.
These programs, which are to be implemented by recognized coaches, are expected to improve the technical aspects of young athletes as well as their mental health.
It can also be understood that this will increase the players’ love for the local football game, and the opportunity to learn about the heritage of a great sports club like AC Milan, which has a history of about 125 years, is also very valuable.
