The Colombo Ahadiyyah School (Boys Section) 43rd anniversary and prize giving was held at S. De S. Jayasinghe Hall, Dehiwela, recently. It was held under the patronage of the Principal N.P.M. Faiz.
Organising Committee Chairman H.C. Althaf Cassim delivered the welcome address.
The ‘ILm-ud-Deen’ souvenir was launched and the first copy of the souvenir was presented to guest of honour Hassim Omar Foundation Chairman Hassim Omar by President of the Ahadiyyah School Ziqufi Ismail.
The chief guest Lenovo Country Business Head Siraj Jabir, guest of honour Hassim Omar and guest speaker Senior Registrar in Neurology Dr. Athif Uvaim distributed the awards and certificates.
Students presented various items and Aabid Aslam received the Best Student of the Year award.
Vice President Haariz Rahman, Secretary Azard Ishak, Parents, teachers, students and Old Boys were present.
