The newly established Digital Trust Alliance (DTA) has officially launched with the mission of fostering a secure, resilient, and ethically governed digital ecosystem in Sri Lanka.
As digital transformation accelerates, the DTA is set to play a critical role in shaping the nation’s cybersecurity landscape, digital policies, and professional capacity-building efforts.
The Digital Trust Alliance is founded on the principles of integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
Headed by Lakmal Embuldeniya, its leadership includes a distinguished panel of experts from diverse fields who bring deep expertise to the alliance.
The Digital Trust Alliance will actively collaborate with policymakers, industry leaders, and academia to ensure Sri Lanka’s digital policies are effective, inclusive, and globally competitive.
The Alliance aims to expand its influence regionally, working with other cybersecurity organizations in South Asia and beyond to promote best practices, share knowledge, and collaborate on policy development and threat mitigation strategies. (Islandnews)
