The National Cricket Selection Committee has selected a 16-member Sri Lanka squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against West Indies.
Most of the players who featured in Sri Lanka’s victorious last ODI assignment against India have retained their places in the squad.
The seaming all-rounder Chamika Karunaratne and off-spinner Akila Dananjaya have faced the ax from the Sri Lanka ODI squad.
Jeffrey Vandersay who was called up to Sri Lanka squad after Wanindu Hasaranga got injured in the first ODI against India, has replaced Dananjaya while the young seaming all-rounder Chamindu Wickramasinghe has taken the place of Karunaratne
The three-match ODI series will be played on the 20thth23rd and 26th October at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.
