Manchester Soccer Academy has announced the inaugural 2025 FFSL President’s Youth Cup football tournament organized under the guidance of the Sri Lanka Football Federation.
For this purpose, 08 first class football academies of Sri Lanka are going to be involved, which will be a big platform for the local young football players to show their sports skills as well as develop their skills.
Manchester Soccer Academy head George Agustine as well as Sri Lanka Football Federation head Jaswar Umar both commented on the importance of this tournament and that it will be a haven for young players to showcase their skills.
The teams participating in the tournament include Manchester SA, Colombo FC, Sounders, Java Lane, Barcelona Colombo Youth.
The tournament is scheduled to start on the 13th and will be held until January 23 at the Colombo Racecourse and the Baddagana Football Stadium.
