The trailer for Chhaava, starring Akshaye Khanna, Rashmika Mandanna, and Vicky Kaushal, is finally out! Its intriguing teaser and posters have increased fans’ expectations for one of the year’s most anticipated movies. The trailer for the historical drama based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj has caused quite a stir on the internet.
Chhaava’s trailer was unveiled on January 22 at a special event in Mumbai and simultaneously on all social media channels. At 3:08 minutes, the trailer starts with the movie’s main subject, the conflict between the Maratha and the Mughal Empire. Vicky Kaushal portrays the Maratha Emperor Shivaji’s son, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, as the Mughals seek to capture the Maratha kingdom.
We are also introduced to Rashmika Mandanna, who excels in the role of Maharani Yesubai and supports her husband like a rock. In the epic saga, Akshaye Khanna, who looks unrecognizable as Aurangzeb, brings madness and eerie intensity. With his long grey hair and vengeful eyes, he promises Swarjya an exciting battle.
In addition to the main actors, crucial roles are played by Ashutosh Rana, Divya Dutta, Vineet Kumar Singh, Diana Penty, and Santosh Juvekar.
Zara Hatke’s director is Laxman Utekar. Maddock Films, owned by Dinesh Vijan, is supporting Zara Bachke, Chhaava. It is scheduled for release on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2025.
